Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The care and well-being of Gir Gaumata.
- The product received is incorrect or incomplete.
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or used products.
- Products with broken seals (unless damaged in transit).
We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preferences, taste, or allergy unless a product defect is involved.
Return Request Procedure
To request a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide : Order number Description of the issue Clear photos of the product and packaging
Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
- In most cases, you will not need to return the product physically, especially for perishable or Panchagavya-based items.
Cancellations & Refund
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped—whichever is earlier.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
